This program is designed to provide structure so you can gain clarity. We will sort through all the overwhelming priorities and create real action that propels you towards your ideal life.
We’ll do this by tapping into and clearly articulating your personal values, which will act as your inner compass. We will work together to identify your goals and the “why” behind them. We’ll then set a clear roadmap and set you on a path that energizes you to take action.
All along the way, you’ll have accountability, resources, and support.

60-minute private coaching video calls weekly with your certified coach, Blake Eve.

Resources will be provided weekly based on the topic at hand, including journal prompts and exercises.

The structured coaching materials are resources that you can leverage throughout your life. These downloadables include a digital workbook, journal prompts, and custom exercises. Save and use the templates on repeat.

Open communication with your coach for any questions or needs that arise throughout the program.
About your coach
Blake Eve
I believe that each person has incredible gems within and brings unique strengths to the world. Sometimes your gem can feel a little buried or lost. It’s my job to help you navigate and bring out what you already have inside, ignite you to action, and make progress toward your biggest and best life.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, I’ve been living in Colorado for the past 7+ years. I’ve also lived in Sydney, Australia, where I moved sight-unseen with two suitcases and a dream. I worked in advertising in Sydney, then continued my time living abroad by heading next to Wellington, New Zealand.
I’ve traveled to over 15 countries including many in Southeast Asia, hiked to Everest Base Camp, and traveled alone to Tanzania to climb Kilimanjaro.
Now, I live in Denver and take advantage of all this beautiful state offers, including backcountry skiing, mountain biking, trail running, camping, and more.
I have two undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Miami University and am a certified Life, Health, and Wellness Coach. I’ve worked for startups, advertising agencies, and small businesses, focused on developing the “why,” mission, and vision of team strategies.

Your Commitment
Duration
8-week program (beyond is up to you - after 8 weeks, we’ll discuss the best path to continue your progress)
Session Frequency
Weekly video sessions for one hour each week. We’ll schedule a recurring time that works for you.
The Work
Between sessions, you will complete homework exercises and, most importantly–the “true work” of the actions we set together. This time commitment varies based on your goals, but 3-5 hours is the estimated starting point.

Week #1: Values - Your Inner Compass
Uncover and articulate your personal values clearly. Your values serve as your Inner Compass throughout life and provide a foundation for making decisions.
Week #2: Goals - Your Summit
Set clear goals that are truly important to you. Tap into YOUR wants in life, not anyone else’s. Cut out the chatter by asking yourself difficult questions.
Week #3: Reality - Your Starting Point
You can’t go where you want if you don’t know where you’re starting. Audit your current life: your habits, environment, your personality, and your unique strengths and obstacles.
Week #4: Options - Ways to Get There
There are infinite ways to get to your end goal. Discover the opportunities on how you could get there. Diverge on all possibilities, then converge on how to reach your objective.
Week #5: Plan - Your Roadmap
Create a specific roadmap to achieve your goals through clear milestones and actionable tasks.
Week #6 to 8: Action - Progress & Evaluate
Set the plan to action. Review the progress and obstacles. Establish productivity systems. Leverage motivations that keep you ignited. At the end of the program, create strategies and next steps for ongoing development.
