3. Coaching Terms and Policies

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late or repeated cancellations may result in termination of services.

Payment

  • Payment in full is required before the program begins.

  • Payment plans require 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due before the start of week four.

  • Failure to make payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Scope of Coaching Services

  • Coaching provides guidance, goal-setting, and accountability but is not a substitute for therapy, legal advice, financial planning, or medical care.

  • Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

  • Younii does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for outcomes related to coaching.

Confidentiality

  • Personal information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without client consent, except as required by law.

Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time.

  • Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Younii reserves the right to terminate services if policies are not upheld.

4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

  • If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado unless both parties agree otherwise.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Younii reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.
